I know exactly what you have to deal with every day when you go to work.  It is very pathetic that some individuals who do not READ at all.  They think they can always complain later.  No wonder some E-Bay sellers have to put up a big sign to warn people to read carefully.  My years of customer service experience conclude me to assume people are usually stupid.  Some people just have no common sense at all.  I have learned to give people information as if they do not know anything at all.  Sometimes you even have to give people directions like you talk to a child.

I have my share of stupid people who I have to deal with in my full time job.  I work in a well-known spa as a receptionist.  Oftentimes people want to check out the facility before making reservations.  However due to the bathing suit is optional policy in our spa, we have to limit the opening tour hours.  Most of the time people do not understand what does bathing suit is optional means, I have to spell it out and explain to those people that our spa is full of naked guests, they get offended if we allow non spa users to check out the area.

I recently retired from the Long Island Rail Road.  I live in Amity Harbor, NY and have surfed (still do) my whole life.  My Wife bought me a pair of your shoes about 7 years ago. I had never heard of them.  I usually wear name brand.  Well, they have been in snowstorms, ice storms, blizzards, fell off a diesel locomotive under a train,  fell off the boat into the ocean, next year fell into the bay,then they fell into a chum/bait bucket,  once off the  truck roof at about 70 mph coming home from a Cape Hatteras surf trip, chewed by our recently deceased dog.  I have worn them daily for the summers and they are now wearing out.  Can I get a refund?  Ha ha, just kidding.  Had to tell you that you make an excellent product, people don’t hear it much nowadays.  Thanks, Tom Slavin      Aloha

We are starting to plan our first trip to Hawaii next summer for our 30th wedding anniversary. If we’re in Maui, we would like to meet you and visit the showroom.

Our trip is in the planning stages, and we have not confirmed which islands we are going to see. Could you recommend any hotels on Maui or any other island that are on or very close to the beach that are nice but do not cost an arm and a leg.
