It is best to call before ordering to make sure that they have the colors and sizes you are looking for. From my experience they have a very large inventory and the web quantities may not be in sync with what they have in the store.
One of our items was out of stock for a certain size and the store called us first thing the next morning to ask us what we wanted to do (change size, change style, etc..) I was happy with their fast response and customer service.
We also ordered a dress for my wife that did not look like the same shade in person as it did on the website. Again the company was very helpful in processing a return, helping her with a new dress, and they offered a discount to offset the return shipping cost.
All items shipped Very FAST (from Hawaii to Michigan in about 3 days with FedEx) and they came in excellent condition. Overall I was pleased and would do business with them again.
