When there was an issue with one of my items being unavailable in the colour I had picked, i got an email with an alternate choice or I could have had my money refunded for that item… all to prevent my order from taking too long to get out to me. When this merchant could not get the exact item I ordered, they telephoned me to ask if I wanted another item, which was available.  I opted to take a similar item and it was delivered along with the other item I had ordered, thus saving in shipping charges.  I really appreciated getting a phone call from them and their representative was friendly and pleasant to deal with.
