I ordered a dress, and when I receive it, it was too small, so I requested information via email on an exchange. I received email very quickly from the owner of the store, with quick easy instructions on exchanging the dress for another one. I ordered the new one and when it came in the mail, it fit me perfectly. My money for the first dress was refunded quickly. All around, great customer service, and I would definitely buy from this company again. Thanks so much!
