I know exactly what you have to deal with every day when you go to work. It is very pathetic that some individuals who do not READ at all. They think they can always complain later. No wonder some E-Bay sellers have to put up a big sign to warn people to read carefully. My years of customer service experience conclude me to assume people are usually stupid. Some people just have no common sense at all. I have learned to give people information as if they do not know anything at all. Sometimes you even have to give people directions like you talk to a child.
I have my share of stupid people who I have to deal with in my full time job. I work in a well-known spa as a receptionist. Oftentimes people want to check out the facility before making reservations. However due to the bathing suit is optional policy in our spa, we have to limit the opening tour hours. Most of the time people do not understand what does bathing suit is optional means, I have to spell it out and explain to those people that our spa is full of naked guests, they get offended if we allow non spa users to check out the area.
