Where is the Aloha?
What is it with some of you folks? How about a tiny amount of respect? Where is the Aloha? We are not your maid, butler or valet. Why are some of you Mainlanders sending your exchanges and returns to us crumpled, unbuttoned, unzipped and stuffed into a bag or box as if you were tossing it into the trash? Believe me, if we were to ship your apparel to you this way you would never consider a purchase from us again.
Lately I’ve been receiving packages containing returns that are packed without any care what-so-ever. Some of you should be embarrassed. Come on, just a tiny bit of time is required to fold the dress or shirt flat, zip it and button it up. The post office will give you a free box. The cost to send a Priority Mail shipment is the same for a box as it is for an envelope.
We take great pride on how we fold, protect, package and ship your apparel to you. We care; we process your order and ship with the spirit of Aloha.
