I was so excited to receive my order but when I did I found out I got the wrong items and I was so disappointed because I needed the clothes for a Hawaiian party and couldn’t wear them. I’m so sorry this has happened to this customer. My MauiShirts.com employees try very,very hard to get it right the first time. MauiShirts.com is in the midst of the busiest year ever. Our thirteenth year, 2011, has taken us by surprise. We are extremely thankful for our success. We are shipping as many as 300 or more orders per week. We are literally shipping thousands of shirts and dresses each month. My new employees have a challenging job picking the correct, exact style, color and size and rarely make a mistake. This particular order was a super rush, Federal Express, Priority Overnight shipment. Rush orders always take precedence. My people are required to pick, wrap and pack the correct item 100% of the time, but sometimes, when they are new on the job, they make mistakes. We have hundreds of prints and now over 40,000 items hanging in our Maui showroom. We will make this right. We will refund all shipping costs and re-ship at our cost.
