Aloha good customers,

I don’t know why you folks do not read the information that is before you. There are Information links on the top of all 3,500+ pages of the web site. There is a What is in stock information link on the bottom area of all pages. Please take a few seconds and read the stuff before you place an order. You will be glad you did. Shipping information, return, exchange, refund information, and everything else you could possibly want to know is there. After 12 years of doing this, we have added answers to every question we have received. It’s all there. All you have to do is read.

One ever occurring issue is the out of stock or sold out items. The problem is that It is impossible to stock every print, in every color, in every size all of the time. It just cannot be done. Think about it. All made in Hawaii clothing is made in limited quantities. These wonderful made in Hawaii shirts and dresses are not produced in China or Indonesia for department stores and mall shops in mass quantities. Some items created by Paradise Found are made in quantities less than 10 of each size and color. Things sell out. Fabric runs out.

Use the "Special Instructions" box of the order form when you check out. The box is below the area you enter your email address. Use the space to communicate.

Some notes –
(1) If you did not receive a copy, confirmation of your order, in your email, within seconds after you complete your order, then you must assume you have entered an incorrect email address. You will not believe how many customers do not type in their correct email address. Not only will you not receive a copy of your order, you will not receive the tracking number when the order ships.
(2) A signature will be required from you when the postman or the federal express driver makes your deliver if you have entered, non-matching credit card billing information. A signature will also be required if your PayPal account is not confirmed or your PayPal shipping address is unverified. A signature will be required if you pay with an American Express card. These things can and will delay the shipment of your order.
