I’m not your maid, servant or valet
What is wrong with you people? Why are you sending back your shirts and dresses unbuttoned, unzipped and stuffed into a used box sealed with duct tape? There has been a rash of this lately. How would you like me to send you your shirts and dresses all crumpled up and wrinkled, unbuttoned and shoved into a box without any concern? I rarely invoke the $ 7.50 steaming fee, especially if the items being returned are for an exchange. But, I’ll tell you this. Your refund will be issued to you when I find the time to steam your garments. Your refund will go to the bottom of the stack. That’s for sure!
I send your purchase folded flat, wrapped in tissue paper and placed securely into a box. I take great care to get your items to you in the best possible condition.
Don’t you folks have a table at home? It only takes a few seconds to lay something flat and fold it. What’s the big deal?

Hey, Brah, I would like to offer you some advise. Your blog is very negative. I would not be so mean to my customers and write it up in a blog. I would be more tactful and say something like helpful hints: for returns, for communication. I strongly recommend that you think about what you write before you call your customers demeaning names. I would not want to buy from someone that clearly shows in his blog that he has an attitude. people do not like to buy from someone that is so full of themselves. If you need to vent do it elsewhere. Use your blog to promote your business not to demote your customers even if they are jerks. Good Luck.
Your comments are always appreciated. There is no negative feelings here. You are taking this stuff to seriously. Put a smile on your face when you read this stuff. The blog is my vent to the silly and senseless acts from on-line transactions. I?m not mean. I?m honest and in your face. I have no need to be tactful when I?m responding to people who want something for nothing, waste my time and thereby making it difficult for real customers to get what they want in a timely fashion. I have not called any genuine customer any derogatory names. My blog is NOT to promote business. You need to walk one day in my shoes, Brah. You need to put up with the insanity. I work sun up to sun down, seven days a week in paradise, handling one of the most successful Aloha wear web sites on the planet. The customer?s that are not honest, make up stories, and react with vindictive hurtful negative feedback give me grief. I simply block their IP addresses and vent in MY BLOG. I will not deal with loose canons. I have a right to do business with or without you. This caveat is on the bottom of all 2,500 pages of the web site.
