The clothing is of good quality & well made. I love their floral prints, but was dismayed that they are so popular that often the choices in my size were limited, for someone smaller the choices are much better. Of the 5-6 women’s shirts that I liked the most, I was only able to find 2 in my size & color choice. I decided on a slightly faster shipping mode (due to the island location)which I was willing to pay. I received everything in about 5 days. Price is about what one would pay on the mainland, perhaps a bit less, still less including shipping cost. I followed the size guide exactly, going up a couple of inches for roominess. I haven’t had to deal with customer service, I’m keeping the shirts and plan to check the website regularly for new additions. I’m watching for floral prints with just a touch more blue. I enjoy the five shirts I’ve purchased from Mauishirts.com. Each of the five patterns I chose, comes in multiple color selections. I spread my choices among black, blue, green, red. Faced with dozens of pattern themes, I chose airplanes, antique cars, trucks, Hawaiian symbols, and Hawaiian icons. I pass on Hawaiian shirts of rayon or nylon, but Mauishirts.com has a large selection in sturdy cotton.
