I put a #5 on customer service, even though I have not had the pleasure of dealing with them yet. Ordering through them so far has been a pleasure and so simple, so expect the same through their customer service,if I needed to contact them.I just love the quality of their men’s Hawaiian shirts, ALL MY HUSBAND WILL WEAR for over 30 yrs., rain, snow or sunshine! Their onsite ordering is very simple. The selection is good, but would love to have a bigger selection of more colorful,unique ones. I am so happy that I have found this sight! Thank you!
