I have wanted one of these shirts since the 80’s and had completely forgotten about it, until watching a rerun episode for Magnum P.I. last week. That’s all it took. I bought two hard-to-find men’s palaka shirts (plantation plaid) that proved to be well-made, generously cut from quality cotton fabric, with vibrant colors and traditional styling.
